It can effectively inhibit growth and reproduction of Gram-positive bacteria which cause food corrupt , especially it has a strong inhibitory effect on heat-resistant Bacillus , Listeria monocytogenes and the spores , it can be used as preservatives of meat products, dairy products, plant protein foods, canned food and so on. Since Nisin is a polypeptide and will be easily decomposed by plant protein after entering into human body, and therefore it is a safe, non-toxic, highly efficient natural food preservative. Usage: Mix it with distilled water or cold water and formulate 5% solution, then add foods into it and mix them well, the add volume of food should expand step by step to get an effect of uniform mixing. It can be used compounded with other preservatives, the reference amount is 0.03-0.2g/kg. Packing: There are 3 specifications: 100g / bottle, 500g / bottle and 1kg / bag, it also can be tailored based on customer demand. Storage conditions: Airtight, dry, shady and cool.
