Amylase Enzyme. Feed additive, Amylase Amylase is a class of enzymies which can catalyze hudrolysis of starch and alpha-1, 4-indican bond in hepain. It mainly contains alpha-amylasw, beta-amylasw, glucose amylase and branch amylase.
Nomally, alpha-amylasw is used in feedstuff, which can catalyze hydrolysis of starch into oligosaccharide, disaccharide, dextrin, glucose and fruclose, and then improve the digenstibility of starch.
