Avanafil Description:
Avanafil is a PDE5 inhibitor approved for erectile dysfunction by the FDA and EMA,it acts by inhibiting a specific phosphodiesterase type 5 enzyme which is found in various body tissues, but primarily in the corpus cavernosum penis and retina.Avanafil works the same way as the three other ED drugs currently on the market: . All these drugs target an enzyme called PDE5,and avanafil appears to inhibit this enzyme more selectively than the other. It is absorbed quickly, reaching a maximum concentration in about 30-45 minutes. About two-thirds of the participants were able to engage in sexual activity within 15 minutes.Avanafil's most frequent side effect was headache, and the other common side effects included flushing and nasal congestion,this new drug may have fewer side effects. |
