1.Antenna array
5G base station according to the power size, can be divided into macro base station, small base station, 5G macro base station radome size long, large volume, injection molding processing cost is high and easy to deformation, can be used in extrusion molding process, the selection of materials are mainly weather-resistant low-dielectric PPE, long-glass PP and so on.
2.Phase shifter
Phase shifter is a necessary component of base station antenna, the dielectric block in the phase shifter usually needs very good dimensional stability, various adjustable dielectric constant and very low dielectric loss.
PPO has important applications in 5G base station dielectric block due to the advantages of good dimensional stability, excellent electrical properties, low dielectric loss and low change of dielectric properties with frequency, etc. The dielectric block can change the transmission of force and energy, the transmission of light and sound, and can determine the direction and speed of fluctuating energy transmission.
3.Radome
5G macro base station radome size long, large volume, with injection molding process, molds and injection molding equipment cost is very high and easy to deformation, because of PPE's temperature resistance and good dimensional stability, suitable for extrusion molding size products; 5G base station radome and shell as a protective role of the structural components, need to be strong and tough and low density lightweight.
The modified weather-resistant low dielectric constant low dielectric loss PPE material has low dielectric constant (DK=2.3-2.5) and low dielectric loss (DF=0.002-0.003), can be extruded, weather-resistant (up to F1 grade), strong initial composite, low density and dimensional stability and the surface of the whole genus of the six characteristics, suitable for 5G macro base station radome. |
