How to determine the height of the balcony railing?
The height of the balcony railing is determined as follows: the balcony railing of the floor of 6 floors and below is not less than 1.05 meters; the railing of the balcony of 6 floors or more is not less than 1.1 meters; the height of the balcony railing of the high-rise building is not less than 1.2 meters.
The height of the balcony railing is from the balcony floor to the vertical height of the handrail. If there is a stepable part at the bottom of the railing, the height should be counted from the stepable part.
