5. Before extruding, dirt on the surface of the squeezing part of the strand end should be cleaned and a thin layer of the anchor must be applied to the surface of the inner hole of the squeezing die. At the same time, the residual spring wire in the inner hole of the top indenter should be removed to avoid that the length of the strand wrapped in the extrusion sleeve after extrusion is not enough (the cross section of the strand should be at least flush with the end face of the sleeve and should be exposed to 2 to 5 mm, Otherwise, there may be a lack of gripping force and a slipping accident.
6. Pre-rotate the compression spring into the strand, then the steel strand together with the compression spring passes through the hole in the extrusion die; secondly, the extrusion sleeve rotates slightly to insert the steel strand and the compression spring.
