4 months ago, Irek informed us via email that the 5 pcs of ZG20SiMn material hydraulic valve blocks were tested and there were a few residual burrs in the deep holes. No burrs were found in the hydraulic valve blocks purchased from AAK previously. After investigation, I found that the operator was careless during the sample process. AAK is willing to bear all costs incurred in removing the burrs on the hydraulic valve blocks in Russia, then there has been no further news from Irek, but what has come finally is a 100 pcs of repeat order for the hydraulic valve block that was complained. Similar issues have also occurred in our American customers. They only reminded us, and continued to place the orders.
