Arslan was overwhelmed by their engineer. The SV08-20 provided by 3 hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers has a very small proportion of impurities. The engineer requires that both the sample and shipment of hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve SV08-20 must be free of any impurities. Arslan has contacted more than 10 hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers, and none of them are 100% confident about no any impurities in each hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve. Arslan is anxious.
Arslan found the hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK and left a message: Can AAK provide a 100% impurity free hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve SV08-20? After communication, I learned that Arslan's engineer has very high requirements for the model SV08-20, like a cleanliness obsession. I can feel Arslan's helplessness. I told Arslan that in a similar situation, hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK encountered it 5 years ago. After optimizing the original processing process, we added an ultrasonic cleaning process for hydraulic solenoid cartridge valves, and I took a video of our cleaning process for Arslan. The next day, Arslan replied that none of the 3 hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers that originally provided SV08-20 had this process. I estimate that most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers do not set up this process. This is a hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve cleaning equipment independently developed and designed by AAK at Honeywell's request 5 years ago. This is a benefit of working with high-end customers, as they will take you step by step to improve and make orders and payments easily.
