| Message: | Brown fused alumina is produced from high quality calcined bauxites in a pouring electric arc furnace. It is fused and purified in a high temperature over 2200 ℃ and followed by slow solidification.
Brown fused alumina has high toughness and hardness, a high melting point, good chemical corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. The content of alumina is over 95%. The good grinding ability, wide application, low price make Brown fused alumina the most basic abrasive material. Brown fused alumina is often used as replacement in other abrasives’ absence.

Brown fused alumina is used to make coated and bonded abrasives tools, lapping and polishing process, sandblasting, producing mold of precision casting, grinding wheels like both vitrified and resin bonded.
