Message: | Cold Spray principle: compress air to accelerate the metal particles to the critical velocity (supersonic), and the metal particles physical deformation will occur after hitting the object surface. The deformed metal particles firmly stick to the surface of the object and they shall not be melted during the whole process. The particles would not stick to the surface without supersonic. The metal particles precipitation is shown in diagram as below.
