Selank or selanc is a synthetic heptapeptide analog of the endogenous tetrapeptide tuftsin, with the sequence Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro. This synthetic variant of immunomodulatory tetrapeptide tuftsin possesses anxiolytic properties because of its mimic nature.
