LT-750 is a small-molecular-weight terpolymer block silicone with great comprehensive handfeel & stability. It is self-emulsifying and mainly used in finishing for polyester, cotton & its blends, will impart excellent softness and fluffiness.

☆Used in polyester, nylon, coral velvet, flannel and other fabrics with excellent softness.
☆It also has a good fluffy and soft effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, denims and chemical fiber fabrics. It can meet the softness of different fabrics, especially suitable for the soft treatment of knitted fabrics and core spun yarn
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-750(30% emulsion)
☆Padding：
Dosage:10~50g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆Dipping:
Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:15~20
Emulsifying & diluting method: add LT-750 first, and then add 1.5%~2.5% HAC of total silicone. When stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches and stirring till it’s emulsified. The emulsion will form translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
