LT-790 is a small-molecular-weight terpolymer block silicone with great comprehensive handfeel & stability. It is self-emulsifying and mainly used in finishing for polyester, nylon & its blended fabrics, will impart excellent softness and fluffiness.

Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-790(20% emulsion)
☆Padding：
Dosage:10~50g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆Dipping:
Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:15~20
Emulsifying & diluting method: add LT-790 first, and then add 1%~1.5% HAC of total silicone. When stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches and stirring till it’s emulsified. The emulsion will form translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
